Ashley is an accomplished and dedicated real estate broker. A born-and-raised Chicagoan, Ashley has a keen understanding of purchase drivers, which enables her to uniquely her listings to make them stand out. She offers a white-glove service approach to working with buyers and can offer one-off solutions to complex financing issues.

With her specialty in short sales and all types of distressed real estate, Ashley has been able to help over 300 homeowners avoid foreclosure, save their credit and begin writing the next chapters of their lives. No situation is too complex, whether it's a property with multiple mortgages, 3rd party liens, HOA issues, poor property conditions or tenant issues, Ashley has experience with it and can manage it with grace and professionalism.

What makes her stand out is her goal has always been to make the buying or selling process as enjoyable as possible, every step of the way. Many of her clients have become very good friends. With over $62MM+ in closed transactions and a long list of 5-star client reviews over the course of her career, Ashley has been recognized for being an outstanding Chicago Association of Realtors, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, and Real Producers Magazine.

Ashley grew up with a younger brother in Edgebrook on Chicago’s Northwest side. She currently resides in Chicago's River West neighborhood. When she’s not negotiating contracts, showing homes, or doing behind-the-scenes work for her clients, you’ll likely find her walking her two rescue dogs, Howard and Roger, spending time in her second home in Key West, Florida, or simply winding down the day over an Oregon Pinot Noir with her husband.
